The DSI drives everything we do. Truly, the matchmaking process is simple, it’s just connecting two dots. It’s the lead up, the precursor to the matchmaking, that has funnels developed from the best practices and the best tech, which leads to the best match between job and person.

One of the core values that I believe that all of our Core Values stem from and are strengthened by is our commitment to being God Centered.

Our 4th core value is “Committed to Growth.” It is a reminder for each of us that we as a company have lofty goals and that we must grow to achieve them. Even more though, it is a personal commitment to the hard work of individual growth. Everyone who comes through Core Group should leave better than before.
