The client, the industry, the nature of the job and it’s connection and coordination with other branches of the company all play a role in client selection. Generally, executive searches can be completed in 6-12 weeks depending on the client’s needs.

Our retained searches require exclusivity on the search and a payment schedule that begins at the initiation of the contract. Because of the exclusivity and intentionality behind the in-depth process, our executive searches take more time but yield a much higher success rate.
