HR Generalist

Location: Katy, TX (IN OFFICE)

Job Description: The HR Generalist plays a key role in developing a healthy work environment. This person is a culture champion and will help reinforce the positive team dynamics we have created. The day to day work will include researching and administering benefits, assisting with employee onboarding, compiling employee data, and improving employee engagement across the organization. You'll work with leadership to create and execute our retention and employee satisfaction strategies.

Essentially, this person will be a key player in helping elevate Core Group Resources to the next level of awesomeness.

Reports to: COO

Relates to: Everyone

Primary Activities:

  • Evaluate Existing policies for improvement & best practices

  • Develop routine training and employee engagement campaigns

  • Compile and securely store employee information

  • Assist with employee onboarding

  • Evaluate and research benefits and employee enrichment strategies

Supplemental Activities:

  • Event Planning & Attendance (as needed)

  • Special Projects as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • Must Be Awesome!

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources

  • Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Are experience working with Microsoft Office suite

  • High-energy and passion
