Sales Support Analyst
Location: Katy, TX (IN OFFICE)

That’s why we’re seeking a friendly and focused Sales Support Analyst (SSA) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SSAs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, and setting up our sales team for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication and analytical skills. The SSA’s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.
To be a successful sales support analyst, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Objectives of this Role
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Utilize lead targeting services to analyze sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls when needed.
Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward with services.
Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, market research, business, or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Good time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Advanced internet research, social media platforms, and computer software knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Bullhorn or other CRM software
1-2 years of sales support experience.
Knowledge of TalentTicker, EIC Energy Stream, Dodge, Lead Forensics, or other lead platforms a plus.
Knowledge of project management and stages terminology a plus.
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
Compensation: Dependent on Experience. Base + Salary + Benefits
